The "Institute for Xenoarchaeological Research" is the only officially recognised organisation to undertake the investigation and excavation of sites in the Trepis system. After setting up the Research Platform TR01 IXR have been overseeing the system at large.
Patches are given to team members who take part in planetside excavations.
